I had been running since 1983 and was losing hope. Dr. Underwood had me running after my first visit, immediately diagnosing an imbalance in my hips. He never tries to have you visit regularly, only when you feel a need. The Achilles problem has long been forgotten. I am 60 and do heavy yard work on my 5 acres and Dr. Underwood and his staff have kept me in tune for that as well. They are friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommended them. Dr. Underwood has continued to add to his team. Dr. Alex and Kathy are permanent members and all 3 have helped keep me running and active.
